1. How do I return an item purchased on Bulkstore?
Returns are only accepted under specific conditions. If you have received a wrong item or a defective/damaged product, you may request a return. Please note that beauty and personal care products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
2. What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged product?
In case of receiving an incorrect item or a damaged/defective product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. You must share clear pictures or videos of the product showing the issue on our WhatsApp or email. Once verified, we will initiate the return or replacement process.
3. Are there any products not eligible for return or refund?
Yes, due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare items, all beauty products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are wrongly delivered or damaged during transit. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
4. How long does it take to process a return or refund?
Once your return request is accepted and the product is received back (if applicable), we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment. Replacement orders, if applicable, will be shipped once the returned product is verified.
5. What are the conditions for return approval?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Also, the return request must be raised within the stipulated 24–48 hour period post-delivery with supporting evidence (images/videos).
6. How do I raise a return request?
You can raise a return request by contacting us on WhatsApp or via email . Please mention your order ID, describe the issue, and attach supporting pictures within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
